The Therapeutic Goods Administration(TGA) recalled thousands of natural supplements and vitamins made by Pan Pharmaceuticals destroying pan and hundreds of small business in the process.

Why was this the case when it was travel calm a prescription drug that was making some people sick not a natural remedy or vitamin?

Why did the media pose the question are vitamins save to take as a result when the correct question should have been is it save taking prescription drugs ?

Was this a deliberate ploy to damage natural medicines and vitamins which is taking profits away from the large drug companies?

Also is the ASIC partly responsible for the $ 320 million in losses caused when they liquidated West Point Companies? Knowing full well beforehand it would guarantee massive losses to many elderly investors when a commercial viable alternative to maximise returns to investors could have been used.

And why didn’t they take actions to protect investors monies rather than effectively increasing their loses?

Can investors trust or rely on ASIC to do its job and to do it honestly or do they have other agendas?
