Dodgy Real Estate Agents Up to Old Tricks

As many of you know the real estate industry has a had a long tradition of dodgy operators but none perhaps more so than Hallmarc a commercial real estate agent and developer.

Based in Melbourne and run by Michael Loccisano and fellow director Mark Cini we've been notified they have been charging companies up to $12,000 in leasing fees to find a tenant but when no tenant is found they refuse to refund the outrageous leasing fees.

This rort has been occurring for many years we have been informed and despite numerous allegations of misconduct and deception by Hallmarc and Micheal Loccisano to date, the Real Estate Institute of Victoria has still failed to take appropriate action.

This only highlights the lack of regulation over dodgy operators or the lack of power the Real Estate Institutes have in banning shady operators.

Hallmarc's cornerstone development is based at 69 to 75 lorimer street Docklands Melbourne where our investigations has revealed numerous complaints of victims of Hallmarc and Micheal Loccisano alleged dodgy practices.

With sham Melbourne Property Operators having been closely linked to the underbelly world of Melbourne crime families many victims to date have been unwilling to discuss their treatment by Micheal loccisano for fear of reputidation and standover tactics.
